Professionally, Michael works as an HR practitioner, doing web research and “think-tank” projects on human resources and employee relations issues for one of the largest employers in Florida. Michael writes and speaks about human resources and business topics related to social media, human resources, employee relations, the culture of organizations, leadership and best business practices.
Michael holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Michigan and an MLIR in Human Resources and Labor Relations from Michigan State University.
